- When supplied with our data SIM (optional) we manage the setup of the tracker so it will operate straight out of the box
- The optional data SIM provides one year of service after which the renewal will be $44 a year (less than a dollar a week) payable in advance
- App and Web access is lifetime so even if you chose not to continue with our SIM (as in use your own) then you are free to do so
- Note that our SIM does not support phone calls or text/SMS messages from the tracker to other devices as it is data only
- Notifications to the App and Website are PUSH and you can register the account and devices yourself or we can happily setup and manage your services
- Mobile data service automatically switches between Telstra and Optus depending on which has the best service
